For up to 20 certificate records, or a comparable fixed batch agreed before sale, we inventory the source documents, map fields to evidence, organize the review queue, and assemble a customer-reviewable CPC/GCC and broker-handoff workpaper. Target timing is five business days after complete source records and access are received.
Where does each field come from?
Every field links to a source document, page/cell reference, approver, and timestamp.
What happens when approved data changes?
Completed versions are sealed and hash-verified. A correction creates a linked version with its reason, preserving the exact record your team previously approved.
Who makes the compliance decisions?
Your qualified people decide applicability, testing sufficiency, and certification. CertEvidence prepares the evidence, routes the review, and records the decision and its basis.
Does CertEvidence certify products or file with CPSC or CBP?
No. CertEvidence prepares customer-reviewable certificate data, Product Registry workpapers, and broker handoff packets. Certification and filing remain with you and your broker.
What do you retain?
The full evidence bundle and version history for the five-year records window, exportable on demand.
Is customer data used to train AI models?
Customer data does not enter consumer AI tools. Any model-assisted processing runs under commercial no-training terms — or not at all, at your election.
